Abigail co-founded FIERCE out of a conviction that women's professional networks needed to be bolder, more direct, and more results oriented. She shares hard-won lessons from decades in competitive tech environments, celebrates everyday women doing extraordinary things, and connects her community to the people and opportunities that accelerate real career change. The FIERCE framework, built on hustle, courage, resilience, and empathy is the same one that took her from a Corporate Finance MBA to the C-suite, and the one she's now putting in service of you.

Rebecca loves helping women find their roar and know how and when to use it! Rebecca has spent the last 30 years in Technology specializing in cybersecurity. Working in a male dominated field has made her so passionate about mentoring and empowering women. Driven by the mission that Females in Every Role Change Everything, Rebecca is committed to helping women build confidence and realize their full potential. She believes that empowering women uplifts families, communities, and society as a whole, and she works to create opportunities for growth and connection within the FIERCE community.
