Matchmaking Companies and Candidates

One of the most amazing things about FIERCE is the synergy between our individual members and their organizations.  The result is a powerful network for finding new opportunities and new candidates.  We are working on making this recruitment and job search cycle easier via our website and expect to have news on that front in Q2. 

In the interim, we want to share a bit about how FIERCE has been helping candidates and employers over the last twelve months:

1. For EMPLOYERS: 

   1. monthly newsletter with targeted roles per employer each month (minimum three unique employers per month),

   1. recommending specific FIERCE members and our allies for roles, greatly reducing the median time to recruit and fill roles,

   1. providing their chosen candidates with recommendations about the EMPLOYER to assist candidates in making their decision to join a FIERCE-aligned company.

• For CANDIDATES:

  • monthly visibility into roles which FIERCE guarantees to get your resume to the top of the stack,

  • 1×1 prep with FIERCE prior to the interview to ensure you have all of the relevant information to put your best foot forward in the interview,

  • recommendations on negotiations and real-time support to land a fantastic opportunity.
